General

What is this marketplace and who is it for?
We connect owners of established businesses with qualified buyers and professional brokers. Sellers list confidentially or publicly, buyers search and make offers, and both sides can complete the transaction with NDAs, a deal room and escrow support built in.
Are the businesses listed here verified?
Every listing is reviewed by our moderation team before it goes live, and broker companies must submit license details for verification. Financial figures remain the seller's statements until you verify them in due diligence — we give you the tools and process to do exactly that.
How is my personal information protected?
Confidential listings hide the business identity until the seller approves your NDA request. Messages, offers and documents are only visible to the parties involved, and payment details are handled by our payment providers, never stored on our servers.

Pricing

What does it cost to list a business?
The Free plan lets you publish one listing for 30 days at no cost. Paid plans from $49/month add more listings, analytics, confidentiality tools and featured placement. You only ever pay the subscription — we take no commission on your sale.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your listings stay live until the period ends, and invoices are available in your billing area.

Selling

How do I keep my sale confidential from staff and competitors?
Choose the confidential listing mode: your business name, exact location and photos are hidden behind a generic profile. Interested buyers must sign a digital NDA that you approve individually before any identifying details are revealed.
How long does it take to sell a business?
Well-priced Main Street businesses typically sell in three to nine months. Preparation is the biggest lever: sellers with clean financials and a documented operation move dramatically faster than the market average.

Buying

How do offers work on the platform?
You submit an amount, financing type, closing timeline and any contingencies. The seller can accept, decline or counter, and the whole negotiation — messages, counters and documents — lives in one timeline. Acceptance is recorded with a typed digital signature.
What is an NDA request and why do I need one?
Confidential sellers only reveal their identity to buyers who sign a non-disclosure agreement. It takes a minute: review the terms, type your name, and the seller is notified to approve access. Approved access unlocks the full listing and its documents.
Does the platform support escrow for closing?
Yes. Once an offer is accepted you can open an escrow transaction: the buyer funds a neutral account, an inspection period runs, and funds are released when the agreed conditions are met — protecting both sides through closing.
